Made to Order

All our pre-orders operate on a made-to-order basis. We produce exclusively based on customer demand, crafted by highly qualified craftsmen. We aim to ensure zero deadstock and prevent overproduction. This conscious production model allows us to minimize our environmental footprint and ensure that every garment has a purpose. 

Production takes approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is placed, and your items will ship as soon as production is complete. It may take longer depending on order volume and material availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next business day.

Shipping

Fast & Eco-Friendly Delivery

• DHL Express Shipping: Once production is complete, your order delivers worldwide within 2 to 5 business days.
• GoGreen Plus: Your delivery utilizes Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) via DHL GoGreen Plus, directly cutting transportation carbon emissions by up to 80%. Fast shipping, smaller footprint. 

Shipping origin: All items are shipped from Seoul, Korea.

 

Shipping Rates

• Orders Over $800: Complimentary Worldwide Shipping
• Asia (Select Countries): $25.00 (2–3 business days)
• Rest of the World: $35.00 (2–5 business days)

Please note that shipping rates will be automatically applied at checkout based on your delivery address. All shipping fees, including those for returns and exchanges, are non-refundable.

 

International Delivery — Duties & Taxes

We offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all international deliveries. This means that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully covered by Cha Myung. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. If a carrier or destination customs authority requests payment, please contact contact@chamyung.com before paying.

If destination authorities require recipient information for clearance, we may contact you to request it.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind except in cases of defect or damage upon delivery. 

In the rare event of a defect or delivery damage, please reach out to contact@chamyung.com within 7 days of receipt.
